Each student chose a country to research. They wrote an informational essay, created a project to represent their country, and brought in a dish to share a bit of their country with all of the 5th and 6th graders. The results were awesome!
Red Fox World
We built a world as a class! Each student was assigned a latitude and longitude range. They researched the landforms and natural resources located in that area. Then, we put all of our maps together and traded with each other!
Our class successfully untangled the human knot. Everyone was so supportive of one other and worked hard to figure out how to untangle the knot.
All of fifth and sixth grade flew the kites we built!
